You may return leads for credit under the following conditions:

• The telephone number is bogus
• The name of the applicant is bogus
• Real Time Business Leads are no more than 2 days old

To submit a lead for return:

1. From your account click on RETURN LEADS on the left hand side. See image below

2. Copy the lead ID # for the lead you would like to return
3. Past the lead ID number, provide a reason, and add any comment if you like. See image below
