Our Return Policy

At TGM Media & Lead Services, our return policy is for a bogus name or telephone number. Since all leads are sent immediately upon submission by the applicant we do not guarantee the veracity of the information as part of our return policy.

You may return leads for credit under the following conditions:

• The telephone number is bogus
• The name of the applicant is bogus
• Business Leads are no ore than 2 days old

You may return the lead for a lead credit (of equal value).

Cancellation Policy

Customers who wish to cancel their account need to notify their sales representative or the account manager via a phone call to the office. The account will be closed and unused funds will be returned to the customer.
